Ryan Dias is the Director of Finance at Scalzi Law LLP, bringing more than a decade of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership within the legal industry. Throughout his career, Ryan has led financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, and business transformation initiatives that support sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Scalzi Law LLP, Ryan held senior finance leadership roles at one of Canada’s leading employment and disability law firms, where he played a key role in scaling financial operations, strengthening reporting, improving collections and working capital, and developing meaningful performance metrics for firm leadership.

Ryan is passionate about transforming finance departments into strategic business partners. His expertise includes profitability analysis, departmental performance measurement, KPI development, operational process improvement, and building high-performing finance teams. He believes finance should provide leadership with clear, actionable insights that drive better business decisions.
