Aena Poologarajah,

Aena Poologarajah practices in real estate law, with a particular focus on refinancing and private lending transactions. Since 2021, she has focused exclusively on real estate matters, developing experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, including purchases and sales. Aena is committed to equipping clients with the information and guidance they need to make informed decisions that are tailored to their unique circumstances, and she provides legal services in English and Tamil.

Aena earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Studies from Glendon – York University, and an MBA Essentials certificate from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Outside of her practice, Aena enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, travelling, and playing board games.
